Award for social partnership
General Director of OJSC «BSW — management company of «BMC» holding» Anatoliy Savenok and chairman of Trade union organization of the enterprise Alexander Koleda were awarded with the most prestigious prize of Byelorussian trade unions federation in the nomination "For significant contribution to development of social partnership".
This award is granted once per two years for significant contribution to development of social partnership to mangers of organizations and chairmen of Trade union committees that have ensured over the past three years fulfillment of obligations included into collective agreement.At the same time, special attention is paid to implementation of measures for improvement of working and living conditions of employees, wage growth, creation of new jobs. It also takes into account fulfillment by organization of main targets of socio-economic development forecast.
Listed above directions had always been on a special place in activity of Byelorussian Steel Works. Thus in 2018, achieved economic indicators allowed the company to fulfill all social obligations to the team. First of all ensure for the employees decent level of income — average monthly accrued nominal salary at BSW in 2018 amounted to 1458.4 rubles. Its growth rate was almost 138 percent. Last year significant volume of investments made by the company to social sphere exceeded 12 million rubles. More than 3 million rubles were invested in labor protection.
