The staff of Rolling Mill-2 produced 500 thou t of steel products
On September 20, 2016 the staff of Rolling Mill-2 produced 500 thou t of steel products. After a few days the same fourth team of workers, that has performed this honorable mission, delivered the anniversary consignment of steel products to a German customer.
As usual the workers engaged in production that day got to know about this important event only at the end of shift. Every hot working day is equally important for rollermen. Every contract is important for them – every bar or coil must be of guaranteed quality.
- That day we carried out a few contracts. But the 500th thou t of steel products became round bars Ø52 mm for a German customer, - says the job foreman for hot rolling Yury Kurchishin.
It should be noted that the rolled products that were manufactured on 30 September, 2016, are most costly in the product range. This product is at the center of attention, meets the highest requirements and in demand of automobile and engineering plants of Europe and CIS that signifies the stable markets.
